The Return to Social Order: The Catholic Church and "Traditional" Marriage Structure.
This paper argues that the Pope's encouragement to return to the norms of the Church is done to impose order rather than love and commitment. As a result, those that follow the norms of the Catholic Church are helping to create a sense of social order through obedience rather than through love.
