This paper disucsses how personality theory is explained in terms of social cognitive theory as developed by Bandura, in part to explain aggressive beahvior, but also to show how people learn by observing, though these observations need not always lead to imitative behavior, and considering recent concerns regarding social cognitive learning and the development of a moral sense.
