Prospectus for Dissertation Proposal: Professional Development Needs of California Community College Fire Technology Instructors
Fire technology is a field in which advanced technology is integrated into training and techniques. This paper is a dissertation proposal which suggests using a weighted Likert-type survey to assess the needs of fire technology instructors. Suggested changes will be constructed based upon the Likert-type survey responses, as well as information gathered from a critical literature review in which fire technology needs are presented and assessed.
