Adult Psychology Fieldwork: Fieldwork Integration Paper
This paper uses Erik Erikson's psychosocial development model to identify themes present within the journal entries of an obnoxious and self-serving kindergarten teacher. Through drawing on first-person writings, this paper focuses on the Sixth and Seventh Stages and illustrates that the educator is egocentric and predisposed towards dismissing the valid behaviors of others.
