This paper discusses the massacre that took place in Rwanda in respect to the position adopted by the United States on the civil war that broke out between the Hutu and the Tutsi. This is accomplished through providing a history of the events that transpired in Rwanda and the role that Americans in the government and in organizational positions adapted during this crisis. 5 pgs.
