A Comparison between the Independence Movements of Korea and India in the Late 19th and Early 20th Centuries.
This paper provides an analysis of independence movements in India and Korea. The essay compares these two countries' independence actions (in a rejection of colonialism and imperial rule) and finds that India and Korea shared similar contexts of struggle; however, their struggles were defined by substantially different cultural and political influences. 14 pgs. 3 sources.
