The Glass Ceiling: Evaluating Womens Roles in Upper Level Business Management
This paper will evaluate the ever-present problem of gender bias for women who wish to partake in upper level management positions. By defining how this is done through the medium of the "glass ceiling", we can see how women are marginalized through gender and pay grades when partipating in jobs that have equal status to men, but receive higher pay.
