This is a three-page paper discussing professional development standards of Kentucky. The students has one problem with development and that is she is an International student who has a few language problems. It is discussed that she is receiving help for this and that she has set goals to overcome this problem. She has a strength in development of having a librarian as a friend who is teaching her how to find resources.
