Educational Psychology & Teacher Quality: Two Case Examples
This paper shall discuss two theoretical case studies in which teachers or two varying statures and experiences are facing troubles from the community, specifically from students and parents who feel that said teachers are not capable of their jobs. This paper, drawing on three scholarly publications, will examine both issues and draw some conclusions about whether the author (in the imagined role as school psychologist) would recommend that these educators keep their jobs or lose them.
