I edited the third chapter from past tense to presnt/future tennse. The fourth chapter was edited so it was all presented in past tense. The comments from the surveys in the third chapter were added to the fourth chapter under general statistics. The reason was to present the comments and their effect on valadity was past tense and already completed so not necessary in the third so moved to the fourth. A discussion of types of validity and reliability tests and their funtions was added to that section in chapter three.
