The issue regarding the protection of intellectual property is the issue of protecting the owners of certain information. Today, this matter is known in the context of what we know as "copyright law". This paper discusses the protection of intellectual property. It explains and compares the two different traditions in "copyright law", the British tradition and Roman tradition.
