Summary: Three different issues are discussed in this paper. 1. Why illegal political contributions are becoming more commonly seen as fraud. In this manner, we can also observe the growing tendency of political corruption and fraudulent losses in the democratic process, which is the result of buying one's way to office. 2.The losses that are suffered through illegal campaign contributions, as part of campaign financing is clearly that of the citizen of the United States. They cannot properly be represented in their campaign without money. 3. The other aspects of political life that involve white-collar crime for a candidate can include using his or her office to generate personal wealth.
