This paper discusses President Bush's Oval Office speech on September 11, 2001. It has been revised to include more information on the orator and make the nature of the audience and the effects of the speech more explicit to the reader. In addition, all of the headers were removed. Some commentary was also added regarding whether the speaker achieved his aims with the speech.
