This paper considers the trading picture in Asia and suggests that China today is the most likely place for increased trade with the West and so the place Western entrepreneurs should consider in making their decisions, discussing WTO membership, MFN status, growth in different sectors, and potential growth for the future based on recent performance and changes being made.
