The Effect of Leadership Styles on Workplace Environments
This paper shall examine the role that leadership styles play in specific workplace environments. Specifically, the paper will discuss the differing styles of leadership that the author has encountered. Two examples will come from the authors agency, three from school, and a final self-analysis about the authors personal leadership style. These examples will be employed in order to demonstrate the effect of leadership styles on the workplace environment.
