Conflict is an expressed struggle between two or more interdependent parties who perceive incompatible goals, scarce resources, and interference from others in achieving their goals (Wilmot, 1998, pg.34). We will learn that managing conflict with an organization is crucial to arriving at the best possible solution to a problem.
