Four-Dimension Theory: Case Study Of Mary Immaculate Hospital.
This eight-page graduate paper applies the four-dimension study of Geert Hofstede to a non-profit organization, Mary Immaculate Hospital. The four dimensions given by Hofstede provide a framework for small and large organizations for the identification of their culture. The study has also been applied to many countries in order to find out which factors are responsible for economic growth or lack of it in a particular geographical area. Organizational culture is also similar to national culture and the framework provided by Hofstede can help an organization identify its weaknesses and strengths. For this paper I analyzed the culture of MIH and reached some interesting conclusions. 8 pgs. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
