Exploring Discrimination and Ethics in Business: An Exercise in Workplace Ethics.
This paper is an exercise in determining workplace ethics, where a scenario is provided, and two possible outcomes for the scenario that are both ethical in nature are presented. The scenario that is investigated is discriminatory hiring and promotion practices. The conclusion provides a discussion as to which of the two possible outcomes is the best choice in terms of business ethics, and why this is the case. 5 pgs. No bibliography.
