Article Summary: Implementing Teamwork into the Corporate Structure.

Written for a group dynamics course, the paper is a summary of an article which studies the new notion of teamwork and how it is being introduced into the corporate structure. As the author of the article shows, introducing teams into traditional corporate culture often requires a re-thinking of traditional values and beliefs and also requires that employees develop skills in group dynamics. In a team-centric organization, the system of rewards and authority is decidedly different.
