Addressing the Business Strategies in a Fictional Company: A Report to the Members Board at Farmers' United.
This paper provides a summary of a plant management report for a fictional company. This company, Farmers' United, is a U.S.- based firm that manufactures and distributes machinery that conforms to the standards needed for growing organic produce in terms of low exhaust, minimal fuel consumption, and low- impact on the land. The use of these machines has become extremely frequent in the organic farms in Europe, and has required Farmers' United work to re- assess their business and marketing strategies. The writer of this paper is a new business manager for Farmers' United, who has been asked to enter the company and review the existing operational procedures for the company.
