A Structural Novel Analysis of Dombey and Sons by Charles Dickens.
This paper will discuss the structure of Dombey and Son by Charles Dickens. By realizing how this novel was created, and to what purpose the novel was structured, we can see how he uses allegorical means to give two dimensions to his characters, as well as show how the fairy tale plays into his methodology. By analyzing this novel structure, we can learn how Dickens's wrote a novel that has lasted the test of time by its ago-old themes.
