China and Human Resources in Past and Present Markets.
This paper critically discusses the role of human resource (HR) practitioners in China both before and after China's entry into the WTO. The private enterprise will be of key focus, where the issues surrounding HR and HR development suggest that there are numerous new business strategies that have entered the Chinese private business.
