This paper describes why the economic and social programs pursued in the Clinonnomics confers the views espoused by Rosenberg and Pollin that since 1981 the United States policy regime can best be describes as "neoliberal". According to Rosenberg, "Overall, the Clinton Administration would do what the Reagan Administration espoused but did not particularly accomplish." This paper gives a brief view of the neoliberal policies under the Reagan Administration and then details how the Clinton policies would classify as neoliberal.
