This paper will discuss president Clinton and his abuse of Presidential Pardons as President of the White House. The main focus of the analysis is to argue against the fact that, as a country that stands against monarchal styled privileges by a single and very powerful member of government, he should not have the power to abuse these powers and act selfishly in their use. 10 pgs.
