Constitutional Law and Ethics in the Presidential Pardons of President Clinton
This paper will seek to reveal why the presidential pardons are legal under the U.S. constitution, but also how they were ethically abused by former President Clinton. In this manner, Clinton gave pardon to his brother in self-interest, and Marc Rich, a known felon who had important ties to the nation of Israel. By acceding these criminals with the benefits of power, Clinton unethically abused the pardon priviledge of the Presidency.
